This recipe is rich in iron, antioxidants, and vitamin A…. a “go-to” for energy. It’s sweet, but not too sweet. All you’ll really taste are the beets and apples.
-1/2 apple, any kind
-1 handful of spinach
-1 handful of parsley
-3 regular carrots or 3 small handfuls of baby carrots
–1 stalk of celery 1/2 beet with leaves
-Juice OR blend and strain
