The saltiness and crunch factor of kale chips may just be enough to satisfy your potato chip craving. My 10-year-old loves them! The first time I gave them to her, she could not believe that it was just kale, olive oil, and sea salt.

Even though it may look like spinach or seaweed, the flavor of kale is very mild/delicate.

TIP: Make sure your oven or toaster oven is set to 300 degrees F or less to avoid the kale being bitter. Cook time is usually 10 to 15 minutes.
